About Bongani
I have always been an active person, used to play soccer and exercised regularly from primary school days. I studied sports management at the University of Johannesburg and then worked at Virgin Active as a fitness consultant and 8 years as a personal trainer. I also had an opportunity to coach football under 11 boys at King David Primary School Sandton. I conducted aerobics classes for the community of Orlando East SOWETO in 2021.

I conduct interactive 1-1 & group personal training, focusing on teaching the basic movements to prevent injuries, using equipment like therabands and dumbbells.
High energy aerobics for all fitness levels. Basic soccer skills and drills for children under 12years.

Bongani is very professional (always on time & highly prepared ) and passionate about training his client. He makes training fun but still gets you to achieve your goals. He is a very great motivator !! I have achieved so much in my strength training with him. Was able to complete the 2021km running challenge due to all the preparation we did during training !!!
