About Brayan
I am a lover of architecture and design. As a recent University graduate, I practice drawing and design daily. I enjoy talking about architecture and sharing information on what I've come to learn is important about architecture history, theory, and practicum.
I have submitted architectural works into national and international competitions and I continuously read up on architecture history. I continue to work with my university peers on new projects as we continue to teach each other new things, which I will share and explain to you!

I approach teaching by logical information-to-explanation order. Because I trust that I know the subject well enough, I can dictate what information is best digestible to fresh minds and then follow it up with an explanation and profound dialogue of what that information meant. Any questions relating to the subject, as long as they hold any kind of relevance to the topic at hand, will be explained and pursued until no questions remain. This leads into many tangents throughout the lessons but, in my experience, it does not become a destructive tendency as long as the instructor knows how to keep the tangents on topic and appropriate.
I believe every question should be answered, and every student should have questions.

Details
Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the set time will only be refunded by 50%.
Failure to show up within 15-minutes after the set start-time will result in an "absence" with no refund.
Classes made outside of the 5hr and 10hr bundle are subject to being $13/hr, no exceptions.
Students will be advised of any change in rates before making any subsequent payments.
