About Manibalan
Basically, I am a software engineer holding master degree in computer science, which is irreverent here. for many years I have been having lot of questions about "the truth about this existence". spend more time thinking!..
Being given with the supreme sense, I believe there is something more we may have to do, than a normal life.
So I started my journey towards myself, luckily with help of universe, I hope I am going in the right path inside. and exploring the mystery..
During all this long journey, one thing I understand for sure is, very basic requirement to knock the doors of wisdom is to have a healthy mind and body.
All the yoga, meditation, martial arts, exercises, diets, and cultural rules are basically for equipping us with this basic requirements..
And I enjoy sharing my experience, knowledge and technique with eligible students.. and show them the right path (sorry no one can show the right path, only can be suggested)
