About Jameson
Hi! My name is Jameson, and I am an undergraduate at the University of St Andrews in Scotland triple majoring in Arabic, Russian, and Anthropology. I have been tutoring for over four years, and I love being able to help students master difficult subjects and gain academic confidence. In regards to my academics, I am currently on track to graduate with a 1st Class Bachelor's Degree, I have a 36 ACT score, and I have taken many AP Classes, all of which I either scored a 5 on, or maintained an A+ grade in.

Hi! My name is Jameson, and I would love to be your next tutor! I am currently an undergraduate at the University of St Andrews triple majoring in Arabic, Russian, and Anthropology. I have been tutoring for over four years now, and I have primarily tutored elementary and middle school-aged students in their core subjects, including mathematics, English, Spanish, history, and science. I am also confident to tutor older students, and in addition to having gotten a 36 on the ACT and offering test prep, I have also taken the following AP classes: - AP US History - AP US Government - AP Comparative Government - AP Economics (Macro and Micro) - AP Statistics - AP Spanish - AP English Literature I typically tailor lessons to the personality of the student, and especially in regard to younger students, I understand that maintaining attention and focus can be challenging, so I try to make lessons as interactive and 'game-like' as possible. As a tutor, when reinforcing or teaching a topic, my goal is always to help my student reach a point in their mastery of the subject where they can teach it back to me. This active learning promotes true comprehension rather than rote memorization.
