About Pamela

I am currently in college for my Environmental Studies Bachelor’s, but completed my Liberal Arts Associate’s in high school. I have plenty of experience working with children with babysitting, after school childcare, and food service at Chuck E. Cheese. I spent a lot of time in high school as a student tutor and participated in many social/emotional well-being workshops.

My teaching methods vary depending on the person, but often include creative activities, meditation, and other basic mindfulness exercises. Every exercise I teach is something I’ve tried in the past 5 years of my own stress management that I’ve found useful.
