About Archie
I currently study for an undergraduate degree in popular music and I achieved a Distinction in a level 3 music production A level equivalent qualification. I've played lots of classical music (French horn and piano) , and now I'm more involved in playing in bands (guitar, bass, drums) . As a multi-instrumentalist I take all styles, genres and areas of music and the music industry very seriously as my life revolves around music entirely. I love organising gigs and watching live music too!

I am confident in teaching all of the edexcel GCSE set works as I am incredibly familiar with every piece on the list, and also the recommended wider listening lists. Using engaging listening exercises and practice questions I can help make the written exam much less daunting.
I achieved a 9 overall with full marks in both compositions and performances so can also help out in these areas. I have also achieved grade 5 music theory.
I am very flexible and can teach a lesson from anywhere between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
