Well, teaching is a profession which if comes by passion proves to be an invaluable addition to society. Umesh is great at teaching because he has that good and easy connect with his students which really helps them to learn in a fun and interesting environment.

The important quality of a teacher is prescribed by his ability to understand the point of view of learners...some teachers are so talented but lacks the basic technique to teach well..umesh sharma is on the other hand understand that teaching and making someone understand is altogether different thing..while former doesn't require expertise ,latter requires a whole lot of experience.He is good.

I have met Umesh sir in a company which deals with German language chat and Mail process.
There are only few people in that company who doesn't use the Translator to understand German language. Umesh sir is one among them,I have trained by him and he has marvelous German language skills and mainly patience to explain the things.
He will explain to us with atmost patience and he loves that one.

Umesh sir is very enthusiastic and passionate about his job and his teaching is not mere confined to the borders of subject understanding but also he used to incorporate various other sources to have a grasp and command over it.
