About Molly
After dedicating nearly 15 years to middle-distance running and embracing every moment on the track, roads and cross-country, I obtained my UKA Level 3 coaching qualification. Since then, I've channelled my love for the sport into a coaching assistant role for the local university athletics team, and I have loved helping others to enjoy running and get the most out of themselves :)

I believe it is important to get to know the athlete before diving into run sessions, therefore I offer a 1-to-1 meet up to go talk about you, your running background, your likes and dislikes, and your goals :)
I am open to helping to coach and advise all abilities of runner, and of all ages!
