About Carla

Before becoming a mum I already had a passion for mental health, education and the impact this had on children. I spent a collective 9 years prior volunteering, working and supporting children and young people in a variety of settings both in the UK and abroad. I recognised a gap between school and home and feel parents/carers could benefit from training and development in areas surrounding learning, behaviour and social-emotional skills. Especially those who seek to have a homeschooling aspect. Furthermore teachers could benefit from coaching and knowledge to improve inclusivity and SEN support. Now, as a mother my passion for development has increased even more and I want to equip others to feel confident when teaching, playing or communicating with their child. I will break down research and theories as well as teach practical application of these and develop training and ability in promoting learning, wellbeing and development in children.

About the lesson

I offer personalised tutoring that goes beyond traditional methods. With a focus on individualised attention and tailored learning plans, I prioritise understanding each student's unique goals, strengths and challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel empowered to explore, learn, and actually use what they learn practically. Together, we'll unlock your full potential and lay a strong foundation for future success in early years education and development.

She has furthered her passion for children and psychology through Rokil.cic (which is founder of).This organisation has helped me personally with the raising and understanding of my toddler and her behaviours. Carla has contributed greatly to equipping parents like me with the knowledge we need to raise our children with understanding and stability.
