About Sarah
I have been a French student for as long as I have been a student. As such, I have first-hand experience with how overwhelming and intimidating complex foreign grammar can be. I wish to be a helping hand for anybody who is seeking support. I have several years of French tutoring experience as well as my own experiences from being a GCSE and A level French student. I am a clear and friendly communicator. I believe that everyone can improve their French and I also believe that this should be an enjoyable, rather than stressful experience. I currently live and work in Paris and have a great interest in both the French language and French culture. I graduated this year with a First class honours degree in Comparative literature and French from UCL which included a year abroad studying in Montpellier. I also achieved a grade A in both GCSE and A level French. I look forward to sharing my passion for language learning with my students.

I have several years' experience of tutoring French. I firmly believe that anyone can speak French and that language learning should be a joyful and enriching experience. I teach GCSE or A level students, following along with their school curriculum and providing help with anything the student finds complicated. I will provide detailed explanations and practice examples of any grammar point and am familiar with the expected exam standards. I am also happy to go through homework/essays/mock exams with students to help them understand their grade and how to improve. My lessons can be any length from 30 minutes to an hour.
