About Dahshan
As a medical student with strong skills in logic, problem-solving, and pattern recognition, I help students master the core UCAT skills rather than relying on shortcuts or guesswork. My background in technology and coding allows me to explain efficient methods, time-saving techniques, and logical frameworks for tackling each UCAT section.
I am also a high-rated chess player. The skills of chess are not too different from some of the skills needed for Decision Making, and Quantitative Reasoning, as well as Abstract Reasoning (which is now no longer part of the UCAT).
My UCAT lessons are:

Tailored to the student’s strengths and weaknesses
Designed to improve both accuracy and speed
Based on real UCAT-style questions and timed practice
My aim is to help students feel confident, calm, and in control on exam day, with a clear plan for every section of the UCAT.

I know this tutor well as we went to the same school. He is really hard working and was dux of his year. He has been dedicated to helping HSC students like myself since graduating, and has volunteered with RESN creating many physics lesson from scratch. He is also a big fan of Sal Khan from khan academy, and he likes to pose challenging questions to engage the student. He has on some occasions discussed with about TED riddles which he found interesting!
