About Sarah
my experience has been teaching my children to read, spell and sound out words.
The results have been that my children have succeeded in reading very fluently.
Also gained the confidence to help with other lessons.
Reading is the success of learning. Once a child can read, they can do anything in learning from Maths to other subjects. The key is reading learning and understanding words. Words are fun. Making words up and saying them is fun. Children that struggle gain a lot from learning to read at an early age.
I have taught in secondary schools, colleges, and primary schools.
Also used study skills to help student with specific learning difficulties due to dyslexia.

Teaching secondary in English subjects, teaching undergraduates in Health and Social Care, Psychology, and Sociology. I can teach subjects like Early Years with a master's.
