About Ureshantie
One of my main duties as a lead tutor was to ensure that my team provided a safe work environment. Students felt welcomed and were always encourage to schedule follow-up appointments to allow for their success.The tutoring center served as a professional representation of the college.

I personalize every student. Upon reading an essay, I can pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses of a student. I help them to better their weakness and in turn gain a good grade in class.
I also empower students to try to understand the content they are learning, so if we have to take a step back to truly understand something, then we will. It will result in a better future as they are learning analytic skills to better their thought process.
