About Koullis
A vastly experienced teacher and coach in English as a foreign language, English and English literature. My experience ranges from GCSE to University level but in the last 20 years or so I have had strong engagement with foreign learners from a wide range of disciplines. Disciplines from the world of academia, banking, audit, diplomats and managers at all levels in the corporate world come to me to assist them with pronunciation, presentation and creating an impact in English. Post Graduate students ask me to run through their presentations before final delivery, commenting on the content and language and style. I adopt an analytical approach to the material as well as adopting techniques from the world of theatre as I have had drama training as well. The business clients are particularly interested in creating the right impact when it comes to their sales pitches, and foreign managers based here particularly seek to improve their use of English so as to deal more efficiently with their English speaking workforce. The sessions are generally very interactive as well using pre-prepared materials.
