About Monica

I’ve been working in tech & media industries since the 1990s as a web dev then mobile software dev then mobile software engineer then architect then 3D asset production with a focus on XR, AR and AI. I trained at Full Sail University (mobile software dev) four years full time. I trained at Think Tank Training Centre (3D Asset Production : Environments, Games, Film). I’ve provided online and in person Technical Consulting, Training and Mentoring for clients at Emily Carr University of Art+ Design, University of Victoria, University of Waterloo, Cultural Centers, Museums and a diverse range of clients in North America, Australia and the Caribbean. My work has earned many exciting awards in tech and media industries ( Onkwehonwehneha AI, Kakwitene VR, Mohawk Language XR, Meta Presence Platform ... ) I enjoy helping others with intellectual curiosity to also benefit from technologies including the internet, artificial intelligence, software engineering, software architecture, robotics, s3D asset production, spatial computing, augmented reality, virtual reality, 360 film, interactive film production and more.
