About Raphael
I’m Raphael Lima, a trilingual Elementary and High School Teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, with experience teaching those with learning disabilities and special needs. I tutor Portuguese to both children and adults, from total beginners to advanced speakers –in-person or by Zoom. I also tutor English as a second language (ESL) to students who speak Portuguese or Spanish. I tailor my teaching methods to each of my student’s individual needs and preferred learning styles. Whether you want to learn to be able to interview & work comfortably in Portuguese or English, or simply to strengthen your abilities to present meaningful conversations in both languages, I devise improvement plans to achieve or exceed my student’s desired goals.
