About Rachel
In addition to my formal education in psychology and addictions & mental health counselling, I have 6+ years of experience as a research assistant supporting various projects and empowering individuals with lived experience/vulnerable communities, such as international students, older adults, and the eating disorders community.

✧ I went to CUHK (QS ranking = 32) for my undergrad and UPenn (QS ranking = 15) as an exchange student.
✧ I graduated with first-class honours, Dean’s Lists, and 10+ Awards/Scholarships, with a concentration in Clinical and Health Psychology.
✧ I'm the Highest Ranking Graduate from the Addictions and Mental Health Grad. Cert. program at Durham College.
✧ I’ve been conducting research published as the first/second author in peer-reviewed Q1 journals.
