About Alea
I am a student currently studying law in Sydney. I grew up bilingually in German and English and spent three years living in Berlin with my family and going to the local school.
I also did a 6 month exchange in France which allowed me to learn another language without having grown up with it, the tips I acquired there allow me to relate to my students who struggle to immerse themselves in a language.
I love traveling and working with other people, especially kids. I love to bring languages closer to people as it opens so many doors and is such an amazing experience.
I graduated in 2021 with an Atar of 98.9. In French and German continuers I scored over 95 and achieved 3rd in State for German Extension.
Especially for HSC students having a tutor is very helpful to teach the specific system that is required in the NSW school system.

I use multiple teaching styles and methods to immerse my student and keep it interesting. I believe having fun whilst learning about the culture and the language will improve motivation and allow significant progress to be made.
Usually my lessons are 1 hour as many times a week as necessary. I have over 3 years of tutoring experience with students at multiple levels- Beginners as well as very advanced students.
