About Cioly
My name is Cioly Figallo, I am 23 years old, born in Venezuela. The career as a dancer of Arab dance began in 2002 at the age of 5, with teacher Samira Matson (Egypt). During the period from 2009 to 2017 I attended various seminars and certificates in Venezuela with instructors from Bellydance companies at an international level, where I had the opportunity to learn with professionals in belly dance and Tribal Fusion: - Sharon Kihara (Tribal Fusion) . - Maxine Astorga (Yoga for Bellydance). - Lakshmi Devi (Bollywood). - Jillina Carlano (Bellydance). - Elizabeth Strong (Tribal Fusion). - Kaeshi Chai (Bellydance). - Yvonne Briones (ATS). In 2010 I was recognized as an outstanding student at the “La Alhambra” academy. For that same year I participated in a competition in my hometown (Ciudad Guayana - Puerto Ordaz), where 15 groups of dancers of 10 members participated, and I managed to be in 2nd place as a solo dancer. For 2014 I was selected as the principal dancer at the “La Alhambra” academy (Venezuela). For the year 2016 I opened a study center for dancers with the name of "Ananta Tribal Fusion" in my hometown, where I was from the middle until January of this year of 2018. In 2019 I worked teaching classes online with students at a distance that they were in other states of the Venezuelan territory.

I like to teach people, remind them that it is never too late to start dancing, bring the art of dance to other people and convey self-confidence. My classes are divided into 4 phases: 1) Yoga to relax and feel connected with yourself. 2) Explanation of classic styles of Bellydance and Tribal Fusion. 3) Practical class of dancer skills. 4) Yoga for bellydance and strengthening muscles.
