About Adam
A teenager who has struggled with mental and physical health that has tried my hardest in the last year to improve in those aspects.
I have lost 20kg of fat in the last 10 months while also gaining muscle
I have been through situations where I have not had any access to a gym or supporting food but have always strived to stay consistent and I want to help people who struggle with a similar situation.
