About Lachel
With more than 10 years of experience, I specialise in teaching singing to college students, helping them improve both skill and artistry. I focus on breath control, pitch accuracy, vocal tone, and expressive interpretation, ensuring that every student sings with confidence and emotional depth.
My lessons combine traditional techniques with modern, interactive methods like vocal improvisation, recording exercises, and practical song analysis. I adapt my teaching style to match each student’s learning pace, goals, and strengths, making lessons both engaging and effective.
Performance readiness is central to my teaching. I help students develop stage presence, emotional expression, and self-confidence for recitals, competitions, and auditions. I also integrate music theory and ear training to deepen musical understanding.
I encourage creativity and experimentation with different genres and styles, guiding students to discover their unique voice. My philosophy emphasises communication, patience, and accountability, creating a motivating and supportive learning environment.
My goal is to inspire students to grow as confident, expressive, and skilled singers while enjoying the journey of music.
