About Emilia
Hello I’m Emilia, and I’ve been practising yoga for 8 years. My journey began during a challenging time when I was recovering from an injury. Yoga helped me heal, find harmony, and achieve a strong, balanced, and flexible body. Based in London, I regularly attend yoga classes and workshops to deepen my practice and expand my knowledge. I hold a 300-hour yoga certification and specialise in flexibility, stretching, and dynamic, challenging classes. I’m passionate about sharing my experience and helping others discover the transformative benefits of yoga.
