About Francesca

My name is Francesca, and I have been teaching since 2013. My strengths lie in my dedication, attention to detail and enthusiasm. I grew up in the dance industry and after training at Arts Ed, I decided to follow my love for teaching.

I am based in SW London but am happy to travel into Surrey as well as central London.

About the lesson

I have been in the dance world since 2013 either coaching students for national dance competitions, dance auditions & RAD ballet exams, both privately as well as in classes.

My lessons are suitable for anyone eager to learn no matter their previous experience. As each lessons is tailored to your individual needs. My classes are great for anyone looking to get in shape, learn a new skill or improve you skill and technique.

Dance is not just a sport, but an art and that is something that I focus on in my teaching. Movement should be used to express a feeling or story and the dancer simply tells the story through movement. A solid foundation of technique paired with flexibility and style are the pillars for the art of dance. All of this starts in the studio, to then be taken on stage.

I can offer private, semi-private or small group classes. (Additional fees will be applied for classes of 2+ people)

All lessons can be held; online, at your house or at a studio (studio hire fee is not included in rates and will be an additional fee). Lessons can be held in Surrey or London.

The first lesson is 25 mins and is used as an opportunity to establish your previous experience and an understanding of your level of dance, as well as your aspirations.
