About Till

When I was 8 years old I started to learn classical guitar in a music school and started playing gigs and competitions at an early age. At the same time, I took private lessons at various lessons and learned electric guitar and played in various bands and a jazz big band.

When I was 13, I started teaching classical guitar privately. I have also taught other styles, such as fingerstyle (e.g. Tommy Emmanuel).

When I was 17, I started studying with Wolfgang Lendle at the Kassel Music Academy while I was still in school. After graduating from high school, I started my bachelor's degree with Boris Tesic, which I completed in 2019.

Since then I have taught at music schools as well as privately and online.
My goal is to achieve your individual goals! I am very flexible and create a space in which you can relax and not have to be afraid of making mistakes! Mistakes are good, because mistakes are the only way to learn.

I'm looking forward to our first lesson!

About the lesson

Hello and welcome!

My lessons are tailored to the individual needs and goals of the student. That means I am very flexible and can teach beginners and semi-professionals in the classical field as well as electric guitarists who want to improve their improvisation skills or learn challenging pieces.

Depending on the profile of the respective student we cover all relevant topics such as:
posture, technique of the left and right hand, scales, chords, functional harmonics, level theory, division of the fingerboard, mental practice, techniques to memorize, arpeggios, reading notes, bindings, tremolo and many More!

The list of potential topics is endless.
