I’m a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and have completed my Arangetram. I teach everything from beginner-level adavus to advanced choreography for songs. Classes are open to all age groups.

About Subiksha
I have been learning Bharatanatyam for over 12 years and completed my Arangetram in 2016. Since childhood, I’ve had the opportunity to perform on nearly 120 stages. Bharatanatyam has always been my passion. I now share the beauty of Bharatanatyam by teaching in a traditional yet enjoyable way, helping students connect deeply with the dance. My goal is to guide them to appreciate its grace and power, and truly fall in love with the art form.

Each class is 1 hour long and begins with a warm-up and Namaskar.
If you're a beginner, we'll start with the foundational adavus and gradually build up to learning a complete dance piece, ready to be performed on stage.
Along the way, I also teach:
1. Talas (rhythm patterns)
2. Mudras (hand gestures)
The goal is to help students truly enjoy Bharatanatyam, understand its many beautiful aspects, and gain the confidence to perform with grace and joy.
