About Ela

I've been trained in Bharatanatyam, Contemporary and Freestyle since 2000. Started my career as a dance tutor in 2014, have choreographed mostly Indian folk, Bollywood, contemporary, freestyle and semi-classical. Dance is a form of expression and not just art.

About the lesson

We start with understanding the body language, freedom in the ability to express and getting comfortable in one's own body. Then tap into the music and add onto the expression of movements. Mindfulness in movement, it's joyful experience and graceful expression is the emphasis.
