With over 20 years of experience in teaching Physical Education, Jason Banks is a passionate educator, certified personal trainer, and dynamic coach who believes fitness should be both educational and fun. He holds two master's degrees—one in Health Promotion and another in Administration and Supervision—and has also served as an Assistant Principal, bringing leadership and structure to every lesson. He specializes in online instruction for Tennis, Badminton, and Physical Education, offering personalized, engaging sessions for all ages and skill levels. His approach blends deep knowledge of physical health with real-world teaching experience, helping students not only improve their athletic ability but also build confidence, discipline, and lifelong wellness habits.
