About Charleen
Namaste 3 years ago I decided to step foot on the path of yoga to help with my anxiety and feeling of disconnection to my body. Yoga has helped me gain confidence in my body, find peace of mind, and challenge myself mentally and spiritually to gain personal growth. During my time in India, my teachers made me realize how beautiful it is to share the practice of yoga and help people to help themselves.
