100m, 200m and 100m hurdles are what I specialize in and I’m open to helping people up to age 13 with technique and form. Every session will start with warm-ups go through some drills. Let me see their form, improve on It and then have a cool down. Many drills and warm-ups I use are from professionals or my coaches.
