About Alysa
I started track and field my Freshman year of high school and have fallen in love. I broke records for the school of Belgrade High School, and my hard work has brought me three State Champion Titles. I love helping those around me reach there goals. I have helped many students on and off of my school team grow in both there academics and athletics!

I usually work with people one-on-one to give them customized workouts, but a group of friends could be great time. when there are more people, that means that you have more encouragement with you. My coaching is based on what you put in. If you work as hard as you can with the activities i give you, you will succeed in many ways.
