About George

I'm George, I graduated at the London College of Music majoring as a Music Tech Specialist with a focus on performing. I have fifteen years of experience playing and performing live. In recent years I’ve had the opportunity to play around Europe to sold out arenas and working with top UK producers in recording studios in the UK and Spain. Songs I've performed on have had plays on radio stations such as BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, Radio X and Radio 3 (Spain) as well as TV performances in both the UK and Spain.

About the lesson

I teach students of all ages, wherever they are. I'd describe myself as patient, enthusiastic, genuine and passionate. Lessons focus on what makes drumming or guitar enjoyable whilst improving technically and are tailored to both newcomers to the instrument as well as experienced players. All too often, music lessons can become too complicated or overwhelming. My goal is to make every lesson crystal clear in its outcome. The key is to enjoy what you're playing so you're able to keep coming back to your instrument with enthusiasm. That's my goal as a tutor - improving a few basic details (which make the WORLD of difference) whilst having fun!

George is an excellent drum tutor, my son Harry really enjoys the fact he gets to learn to play songs he enjoys and they get along really well. He’s also super inspired by George’s tour experiences with the Stereophonics and it’s great to see him excited for his 121 lessons. Couldn’t recommend more if you’re looking for a down to earth tutor for yourself or someone you love! Thanks so much George
