About Saxon
My name is Saxon Taranto. I am a graduate of Melbourne Grammar School (2025) where I was also the School Vice Captain, Captain of Theatre, and Captain of Swimming. In my Year 12 year I achieved an ATAR of 99.25 (scaled) English: 47 Philosophy: 47 (no. 5 in the State). Latin: 47 Classical Studies: 46 Literature: 43 Legal Studies: 42 I have a deep love of academia and teaching. I have tutored multiple younger students who have produced Year level topping results in one of the most competitive Victorian Schools.

Having both tutored internally in schools and external students, I have experience and knowledge of what it takes for students to produce incredible results.
I believe fostering a profound sense of ambition, in conjunction with a genuine care and passion for learning and for the development of the student as a human being.
Study should not be about mindless pushing and a gamble on results. I offer insight into how to turn study into a whole hearted activity that is both engaging, fulfilling, and rewarding.
I have found school - especially Year 12 - to be all about effort and mentality, both of which I know I can offer.
