About Sia
With 11 years of professional Guitar teaching experience, I have trained students across all age groups—from school learners to working professionals. My teaching philosophy focuses on clarity, patience, and steady progress.
I ensure that students build a strong foundation in chord transitions, rhythm patterns, finger techniques, scales, and music theory. After mastering the basics, I guide students in advanced playing, improvisation, and performance skills.
Many of my students have confidently performed in competitions, cultural programmes, and live events. I tailor my lessons to meet each student’s goals and learning pace, helping them achieve continuous improvement. My mission is to nurture skilled, confident, and passionate guitarists who enjoy music for life.

My approach to teaching Guitar emphasises understanding, discipline, and creativity. I believe strong communication between teacher and student creates a solid learning foundation. I carefully assess each student’s strengths and areas for improvement, then design lessons that suit their level and goals.
Along with Guitar techniques, I teach Music Theory basics, Rhythm Control, Scale Application, Harmony understanding, Ear Training, Songwriting fundamentals, and Performance skills. I use practical song examples and live performance analysis to demonstrate how musical ideas are applied professionally.
Lessons start with strengthening finger coordination, smooth chord transitions, and rhythm accuracy. As students grow more confident, we explore advanced chord variations, fingerstyle techniques, improvisation methods, and creative solo construction.
I encourage disciplined practice habits and regular performance opportunities to build confidence and stage presence. My goal is to guide students towards becoming technically strong and musically expressive guitarists.
