About Hing
I am a committed Guitar tutor with 9 years of experience teaching students of different age groups, including high school students, college learners, and adults. During this time, I have successfully helped around 300 students learn guitar and improve their musical abilities.
My teaching philosophy is based on clear explanation, supportive guidance, and enjoyable learning. I believe that students learn best when lessons are simple, interactive, and focused on practical practice.
In my lessons, students begin by learning the basic chords, rhythm exercises, strumming techniques, and finger movements that are essential for guitar playing. As they progress, I introduce songs and musical exercises that help them improve their timing and coordination.
I always try to create a friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to practice. My goal is to make each lesson both educational and enjoyable.
Having taught around 300 students, I have gained valuable experience in helping beginners overcome common challenges such as finger placement, chord changes, and rhythm control.
Many of my students have grown confident enough to perform at school events, college programmes, and informal performances, which is always rewarding to see.

My teaching style focuses on practical learning, communication, and adapting to each student’s learning style. I believe that Guitar lessons should help students understand both technique and musical expression.
Students learn important Guitar skills such as chords, strumming patterns, rhythm control, scales, and finger exercises. Each lesson includes demonstrations and practice sessions to help students understand the techniques clearly.
Real-life musical examples are used to explain how Guitar techniques work in songs and performances. This makes learning more engaging and meaningful.
I also introduce supporting subjects such as music theory, ear training, rhythm development, improvisation basics, and songwriting. These areas help students become more confident musicians.
My goal is to help students develop strong Guitar skills while enjoying the process of learning music.
