About Joy
With 15 years of experience as a Singing tutor, I have taught 150–200 students, helping them refine their vocal skills, build confidence, and enjoy a deeper connection to music. I focus on personalised learning, ensuring each lesson is tailored to a student’s abilities, goals, and pace. I aim to inspire growth, creativity, and self-expression in every session. In my lessons, students develop breath control, pitch accuracy, tone, rhythm, and performance skills. I integrate technical exercises with creative practices to foster artistry, stage presence, and confidence. Lessons are designed to challenge students while keeping learning enjoyable and motivating. I am recognised for my empathy, patience, and motivating approach. I create a supportive environment where students feel empowered to explore their voice, overcome challenges, and celebrate achievements. My mission is to help every student discover their unique voice, achieve their goals, and develop a lifelong passion for singing.

My teaching strategy for Singing focuses on vocal freedom and healthy technique. I follow a flexible approach that adapts to each learner’s voice type and learning style. Empathy and compassion guide my interactions. I respect every student’s voice and emotions, creating a positive and stress-free learning environment. I encourage learners to express themselves without fear of mistakes. Communication is clear and motivating. I explain breath support, pitch accuracy, tone balance, and vocal health in simple terms. Regular feedback helps students stay confident and focused. Collaboration is encouraged through interactive singing exercises, shared learning goals, and progress reviews. Along with Singing, I teach related subjects such as music fundamentals, rhythm training, ear development, and stage presence for complete vocal growth.
