First I will understand what all topics are required to be given to each student. And after evaluating each student ill prepare a curriculum that will ultimately help students to understand the importance of public speaking and if any individual has a fear of public speaking then we can achieve it to overcome this. In my curriculum, I'll arrange it in the form that the student can engage themselves in various public speaking activities like one to one interaction, group discussion, debate session, etc. Finally, after a certain amount of time I'll keep evaluating them to analyze their progress level
