The student will be charged according to their level, meaning, if more preparation and planning is needed in order for the student to have class then their will be an additional R 25 charged for planning. (These occasions include, exams, events and or completion dates and dead lines). If the distance is outside of the 20 km radius then the student will be charged the specified fuel rate per kilometer.

If the student/s wish to cancel their scheduled class then they should do so at least 4 working days before the class. They will also be penalized with a R 250 cancellation fee. If the client wishes to reschedule the date to a later date then they should also do so at least 4 days before the original scheduled date. Less than 4 days notice the client will only be reimbursed half of their payment amount. 50% deposit upfront.
