About Trent
I am NOT a professional teacher. I have ZERO institutional training. I have never opened a book about autism. There is no textbook to follow. There are no notes written down. I am simply an autistic human who lives it, day in, day out, everyday. My recorded IQ is 182, Im naturally inclined to be helpful and nurturing towards small kids. If I see or hear about abuse, I will take immediate actions to protect the child. I do not tolerate that. Every other week my niece and nephew come visit, play, and learn. Theyre healthy autistic kids who come up with all kinds of new problems for me to solve. After a while it runs me ragged, but still, it has been a joy to show them how to cook or help them solve a new idea. The why of things or the how, makes the biggest difference. I always got "because I said so" as a kid, leaving me still confused, and unsure about what was happening or why, so I dont do that to my niece and nephew. And I hope that no other autistic kid has to deal with it either.

Influences include Lysander Spooner, Alan Watts, Nicolai Tesla, Diogenese, Plato, the concepts of stoicism, pessimism, neutrality and realism. I am religiously and politically agnostic. I am down to earth and take no part in any nonesense our unhealthy society has come up with.
I will lean on my life as an autistic among neurotypicals to translate the autistic and the neurotypical point of view to eachother. I focus on social literacy, coping techniques, life strategies, understanding, and biological maintnence; as diet plays a very large role in how well we function daily.
If you are neurotypical, and you have questions about your child's mind, then I will be working with you to make sure you are up to speed on what it means for you're child's life at large.
