About Avinoam
Hi there! My name is Avinoam. I'm a guitarist-composer based in New York City. I grew up playing rock and blues, later moved to jazz, and I hold a Master's in composition. I love teaching music and sharing my passion with others. I have 15 years of experience teaching students of all ages, from beginners to college-level students. I also taught Harmony, Ear Training, and Improvisation in many schools and settings.

I encourage my students to explore these topics in depth: * knowing well the fretboard of the guitar * Working on the ability to play by ear and improve the ear-training skills * Writing your songs/tunes * Study music theory alongside playing You will get a detailed file with everything we discussed at the end of every lesson.
