I have been teaching over 5 years and started with online programmes so my courses were taken by people all over the world. Currently I also teach in person through private workshops as well as tutoring for wellbeing organisations and mental health charities.

I am an experienced Creative Arts Practitioner and groups facilitator giving classes in variety of settings from one to one to group work. I also run sessions via Skype. My sessions are based on person centered approach when I guide you how your own creativity and art can help to heal emotionally. It is about you, your self-expressions and your unique creative voice. My sessions are fun and creative and at the same time give a safe space for inner discovery.
