About Wildchild
Passionate & Energetic: My infectious love for breaking/bboying fuels a dynamic and engaging learning experience. A Look Inside The Wildchild Academy As a Bboy instructor, I believe in fostering a passionate, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where students of all ages and abilities can unlock their inner bboy/bgirl. Here's a glimpse into my approach: Teaching Techniques & Methods: Differentiated Instruction: I tailor my methods to individual learning styles, using visual demonstrations, activities, and verbal explanations. Progressive Learning: We build upon fundamental skills, gradually introducing new moves and concepts to ensure a solid foundation and steady progress. Positive Reinforcement: I celebrate every effort and achievement, fostering a growth mindset and encouraging students to embrace challenges. Collaborative Learning: Partner exercises and group drills promote teamwork, build confidence, and encourage peer support. Class Structure (1.5 hrs, 2 days/week): Warm-up : Dynamic stretches, cardio exercises, and basic drills to prepare the body and mind. Technical Focus : Breakdown of specific moves, step-by-step instruction, individual practice with feedback, and partner drills. Flow & Freestyle : Combining learned moves into combos, improvisation exercises, and freestyle sessions to develop individual style and expression. Cool-down & Stretch : Gentle stretches and relaxation exercises to prevent injuries and promote recovery. Open to All: Our classes are designed for everyone above the age of 6, regardless of background, experience, or athleticism. Whether you're a school child, college student, adult beginner, or seasoned dancer, I can help you discover your bboying potential! Join us on this journey!
