About Disha
I am giving classes for nutrition and diet for the last 4 years and all my clients have had a tremendous weight loss journey. I teach something new in every class and take doubts that you might have related to previous classes.

My classes are divided into 24 sessions of one hour each. In the first 6 sessions, we talk about which foods are healthy and which are not. In the next 12 sessions, I will teach you to plan your diet according to your body needs and change it every two weeks to find out what fits you the best. In the last 6 sessions, I will teach you about the exercises that are proven to help in weight (fat) loss.
