About Jayesh
Hello everyone, I’m Jayesh Bhabad. I’m a government employee working with Indian Railways, while also pursuing my LL.B. degree alongside my job.
Managing work, studies, responsibilities, and personal time can be challenging, but I believe a busy schedule should never become an excuse to neglect our health and happiness.
Through my own journey, I’m learning how to balance career, education, fitness, healthy habits, mental well-being, and everyday life. I’m excited to share what I learn and experience with you—not just as a teacher, but as someone who is walking the same journey with you.

I’m Jayesh Bhabad, and I’m delighted to welcome you to a journey toward a happier, healthier, and more balanced life.
We all want to feel healthy, energetic, mentally peaceful, and successful. But with the demands of today’s busy lifestyle, we often forget to care for the most important person in our lives: ourselves.
Through my lectures, I’ll share simple, practical, and realistic habits related to fitness, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, mental well-being, and overall lifestyle.
