About Kushagra
I am a final year undergraduate student pursuing my Bachelors of Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. I am also the co-founder of Nerd for Tech- First of its kind Technical Media House.
I have had an opportunity to wear multiple hats and perform various responsibilities and lead many projects.
Being a leader is not being a boss and that's the most difficult part of leadership. I'll not teach you how to be a leader because that's something you'll have to figure out yourself. I'll teach you how to have a mindset that can lead and how to believe in yourself so that you can make others believe in you.

Since leadership and storytelling are two topics that complement themselves. A leader needs to tell stories that can move masses towards achieving a unified goal.
I base my teaching on human interactions. The more you interact the more you grow. Therefore I believe in conversing a lot with all my mentees and I try making the class as much interactive as possible.
I encourage them to ask questions-Relevant or irrelevant, that doesn't matter because asking questions is a significant step towards achieving greatness.
