About Nelisha

My name is Nelisha and I am married, with 3 kids. I live in sunny South Africa. I love travelling,reading and swimming. I am a TESOL consultant. I began teaching online in 2013 and now I have been teaching for 7 years. I have taught over 3500 lessons. I have taught mostly Asian children from the ages of 5 to16 years. I have taught both one-on-one sessions and group classes. In my classroom.
My years of online teaching has given me a great deal of experience in understanding all ages of students and has also helped me learn the different approaches these students prefer when learning a complex second language.
I foster an environment of comfort. I motivate and build my student's confidence by rewarding them timeously so they know that they are doing great!!! My aim is to help my students learn English with ease by being patient with them and correcting their mistakes in a positive manner.
I enjoy my job and especially the teaching experience each child shares with me during his or her lesson. I believe in making learning exciting and fun so my students always remain focused on their lesson.
My most precious treasure are my students who have accomplished so much by taking the leap and learning English.
I believe that I could be a valuable asset to your company and help many children achieve their optimum best in speaking English fluently.
