About Sharon
Music captured my interest when I began performing in Boston venues 13 years ago. I earned a BM in guitar performance at Berklee to ground my intuitive playing in formal study. This academic training now informs how I teach rhythm guitar and complex modes to my students.
I balance my time between the stage and helping others find their voice on the instrument. My teaching centers on songwriting, barre chords, and reading sheet music to build a solid foundation. I hope to help you make music that feels natural and fun to play.

You will leave our time together ready to play a full song at a party. Mastering the mechanics of the instrument is rarely the best way to become a songwriter.
I integrate lead guitar techniques and improvisation into your song structure so you learn holistically. Teens and working professionals find this approach keeps their progress steady and rewarding. I include a practice module with every lesson to keep your momentum going between our meetings.
This ensures you are not just memorizing scales but actively creating music. My Berklee background ensures we tackle these skills with clear, musical intent. I really enjoy watching my students find that moment where the guitar and vocals finally click.
