About Londi
I am currently a Technical Facilitator and Trainer in a Learning and Development space. I have been providing training and workshops for my company; essential customer service skills, product training, systems training for new and current employees for over a year.
I am also a health and fitness advocate as well as a vegan.

I believe in conversations that lay the foundation. I also get my group to grow together on the journey and build a relationship with them. This builds trust and faith.
I do a lot of group activities and get them to work in groups and eventually help build the courage to share and speak up. As a facilitator getting the group to give you the answers creates a safe space because trying is always seen as better than staying quiet.
An individual's learning style is what i focus on; are they visual, audio, global or reflective, sensory or sequential? that is important
