I teach dance classes with a holistic approach, training many different styles but also incorporating all my yoga, pilates, mindset coaching studies to develop your athletic artistry. You can expect to be pushed in my classes with a strong focus on technique and safety for a long career avoiding injury. I want my students to feel uplifted, capable & empowered.
