About Ben

Certified Raja Yoga Instructor- Teaching yoga and meditation with the Learning Annex up to 2006 and later at the gallery promoted through Living Social and Groupon platforms. Presently I teach weekly classes at the gallery in body/mind non-competitive disciplines.
Also privately teaching water yoga classes for people with chronic back pain, Fibromyalgia, etc.
