About Monique
I am a reading therapist at a Tina Cowley reading center. I am currently a student studying Intermediate phase teaching. I have experience tutoring one on one as well as being a substitute teacher. I have worked at the reading center for a year and a half now.

The structure of the lesson will be determined by the age or grade of the learners. The lessons will first assist the learners with reading and understanding their English readers that have been prescribed by their school. Thereafter I will assist the learners to read other books and passages suitable for their grade. This will allow them to broaden their vocabulary as well as learn pronunciation. During every lesson I will ask comprehension questions to ensure that the learners are understanding what they are reading.
